Hi! I'm Mrs. Brooks and I am so glad you are all here with me! This blog is a "behind the scenes" look at our 2nd grade world. A place where curiosity, creativity, laughter and learning happen! In my classroom I believe that big ideas come from the littlest of voices, and everyone has something important to share. This blog will serve as a way for family members to stay up to date on:

Second grade is a year of HUGE growth! Students become more confident in their education and blossom into more successful readers, strong writers, and deep thinkers. I get so much joy watching them discover what they are capable of, I wanted family members to share in it. This blog is a way to capture and celebrate all those moments.
